7 Days Hair Care Routine For Women
If you're like me, hair care is a bit of a chore. I'm constantly trying to keep my hair healthy and looking great while also not spending too much money on products that are supposed to do the same thing. However, there are some simple steps you can take each day that will make your routine easier and more effective:
Day 1 – Oil Your Hair
Apply Coconut Oil to Your Hair and Scalp, Massage it into your scalp for a few minutes and then leave it in for a few hours (1-2 Hours).
Rinse Well with warm water
Day 2 – Use Hair Mask
Choose a hair mask that suits your hair type. If you have dry, damaged or coarse hair, use a hydrating mask. For example, if you have curly or wavy hair that tends to get frizzy and unmanageable, try using a conditioning balm instead of a deep conditioning treatment.
Apply the mask to your freshly washed and towel-dried strands and leave it on for 10 minutes before rinsing with cold water in order to lock in moisture and promote taming frizziness in between washes (which may help prevent breakage). You can also apply it as often as twice per week depending on how fastidious you are about keeping up with routine maintenance!
Day 3 – Trim Your Split Ends
After the first two days, your hair is probably feeling a little dry and brittle. This is normal for most women, but if you notice that it feels particularly bad on this day, consider taking a break from styling it until your next wash.
You can use a hair trimmer to get rid of split ends by cutting off any damaged ends before they become more serious problems. Use caution when doing this — if there are chunks of dead skin between the shafts (like in my case), you may want to avoid cutting them out entirely until they've healed up enough that they won't cause pain when touched or pulled apart again!
Day 4 – Hydrate And Condition Hair
This is the day you can focus on treating your hair. You'll be using a hydrating conditioner, mask, oil or serum and spray.
Use a hydrating conditioner: This will help repair your hair and make it feel soft to the touch. It's important that this product doesn't weigh down or make your strands feel oily after rinsing out (the opposite of what you want). If that happens then try another type of product from this list!
Use a hydrating mask: This could also be used as an overnight treatment before bedtime if needed; however there are many other options available for those who want something more intense at home.
Use A Hydrating Oil Treatment: We love Living Proof No Frizz Control Shine Control Anti Breakage Smoothing Shampoo And Conditioner Set ($38), which provides long lasting hydration without weighing down fine strands; plus they're both sulfate free so even those with sensitive scalps will be able to use them safely every time without fear of irritation occurring afterwards.
Day 5 – Hot Oil Massage
You can use a hot oil massage to stimulate the scalp and improve blood circulation. This will help in hair growth, as well as improving texture and making your hair softer.
The best time to do this is after showering or washing off with soap, but before drying it completely. The heat helps open up your pores, which is when you want them open because they allow moisture into our body through them!
Day 6 - Shampoo And Conditioner To Remove Product Buildup
As you can imagine, your hair is covered in product buildup. This can cause a lot of damage to the strands, including dryness and breakage. To remove this buildup, you will need a clarifying shampoo and use our Hair Shampoo Brush Scalp Massager. The most effective way of using these shampoos is by following an easy seven-step process:
Shampoo first with your regular shampoo (1-2 pumps).
Rinse thoroughly under warm water or with cold water.
Conditioner next (3-4 pumps).
Repeat step 3 until you've used up all of the conditioner from both bottles—this may take several applications depending on how much product buildup exists in your hair and how much time has passed since applying products last night! Be sure not to leave any residue behind by rinsing fully until no more suds come up when pouring out excess liquid into sink/basin/etc.; if this happens accidentally while rinsing off conditioner alone because someone forgot about putting it directly onto scalp before shampooing first then just explain yourself nicely when explaining why they should continue doing so instead.
Day 7 – Hair Chalk Spray or Temporary Color Spray or Dye
Use hair chalk spray or temporary color spray to get your desired look.
If you want a bold red, then use the hair chalk to get the desired color. You can also use it on your roots for long lasting results and make sure that it’s not too much so that it doesn’t damage your hair!
Apply the dye directly onto dry hair and wait for 10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with cold water.
